Cancellation and Refund Policy for Ayurvedaloka Properties, Services and Products

Payment Policy

Ayurvedaloka accepts payments via various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments.

Reservation and Deposit Payment

  • To confirm a booking, a preliminary payment of 50% of the total cost is required. Without this deposit, your booking will not be confirmed.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the Ayurvedaloka center.

  • Any additional charges related to currency conversion, transaction fees, or bank fees are to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

To amend or cancel a booking, you must send a written request via email to info@ayurvedaloka.in. Amendments or cancellations will incur retention charges.

For Services and Properties:

  1. Deposit Payment: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation of Ayurvedic programs or services.
    but it can be used within a year of payment, in case there are any changes in arrival dates.

  2. Full Payment Refunds (if full payment has been made in advance for Ayurvedic programs, retreats, or services):

    • 99% refund if you cancel more than 8 weeks before the start date of the program, after deducting applicable bank transfer charges.

    • 50% refund if you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the program's start date, after deducting applicable bank transfer charges.

    • No refund if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date or after the program has commenced.

For Ayurvedic Products:

  1. Refunds for products will only be processed for damaged or defective items, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  2. No refunds or exchanges for products that are opened or used.

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed only through Ayurvedaloka’s official bank account. We do not issue refunds in cash or any other form of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of cancellation or refund request.

  • All refund payments will be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds in foreign currencies are not permitted as per the Reserve Bank of India's regulations.

Disputes on Payment

In the case of any disputes related to payments, Ayurvedaloka and the customer will seek to resolve the issue amicably, without the involvement of third parties.
